Robert Wang, U.S. senior official for Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), is set to visit Taiwan this week to discuss bilateral economic cooperation, the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) said Wednesday. During his five-day visit that begins Thursday, Wang will participate in an APEC Business Advisory Council meeting and meet with Taiwan officials and business leaders to discuss APEC-related issues and bilateral trade and investment cooperation, the AIT said.
