Ou Chin-der quits Taiwan High Speed Rail chairmanship

Taiwan High Speed Rail Co. Chairman Ou Chin-der on Wednesday resigned to take up responsibility for causing unease in the wake of raising ticket prices and for recent glitches in train services.
