Veteran revisits Kinmen to remember Battle of Guningtou

An old solider who fired the first shot at the invading Chinese People's Liberation Army in the 1949 Battle of Guningtou on this former frontline island revisited the battlefield Thursday, recalling the battle that took place more than six decades ago.
