Health minister's run for Hualien magistrate stirs controversy

Department of Health (DOH) Minister Yeh Ching-chuan announced Monday that he will run for the magisterial seat in the eastern county of Hualien after his resignation request was approved by Premier Liu Chao-shiuan earlier that day.
