Otter spotted in Kinmen

A Eurasian otter playfully lounges in the wild in Kinmen -- a rare sight captured by an infrared automatic camera. Local conservationist Tsai Tien-ting told CNA Wednesday, World Otter Day, that he has spent five years documenting these elusive creatures in the hope of raising public awareness about their presence and the importance of protecting their fragile habitat.
