Majestic procession

Around 100 fishing boats chaperone a vessel occupied by a processing Mazu statue from Nanfangao Fishing Port in Su'ao Township to Wushi Harbor in Toucheng Township in Yilan County on Friday. After the two hour sea procession, the Mazu statue from Suao's Nanfangao Nantian Temple began her two day land pilgrimage as a part of the county's annual Lanyang Mazu Festival.
