A woman on Friday places white flowers at a memorial area set up inside the Taiwan High Court in Taipei to mourn a Shilin District Court judge who was found dead after falling from a building in his dormitory on April 12. The Judges Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan) called for the floral memorials to be arranged in court buildings across the country to express the wish that the workload of judges be reduced.
