China calls on hotline to express sympathy over Taiwan earthquake

Zhang Zhijun (張志軍), head of China's Taiwan Affairs Office (TAO), called his Taiwan counterpart Monday on a telephone hotline between the two sides to convey condolences to the families of those killed in a Feb. 6 earthquake.
