Taipei City, local conglomerate ink contract for Twin Towers project

Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) and Kent Hsu (許崑泰), head of the local consortium awarded priority status to develop the Twin Towers project near Taipei Main Station officially signed a contract on Tuesday to develop the property.
