Taiwan's Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., the world's largest contract electronics maker, has projected that it will gain about NT$66 billion (US$2.23 billion) from its disposal of Sharp Corp. preferred stocks. Hon Hai's sale of 1.13 million Sharp preferred stocks to its employees is scheduled to be completed on Jan. 30.
