Suhua Highway project on schedule: minister

The highly anticipated Suhua Highway improvement project will be completed on schedule by the end of 2017, despite recent archaeological findings that could shed light on prehistoric life in Taiwan, Minister of Transportation and Communications Chen Jian-yu (陳建宇) said on Monday.
