Shares of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., which assembles iPhones and iPads for Apple Inc., moved higher Thursday morning as investors were encouraged by lingering optimism toward the Taiwanese manufacturer's earnings prospects on the back of the upcoming launch of the new iPhone, likely in September, dealers said.
