Chunghwa Telecom plans to reduce emphasis on high-end smartphones

Chunghwa Telecom Co., Taiwan's biggest telecom operator, plans to sell more middle- and low-priced smartphones in the coming four years to help boost smartphone sales volume, a company vice president said Wednesday.
