Taiwan eyeing commercial production of indigenous white truffles

Taiwan is seeking to develop a new technique for commercial growing of an indigenous species of white truffle called "Tuber elevatireticulatum," the Taiwan Forestry Research Institute (TFRI) announced Tuesday.
