Cooler weather forecast for northern Taiwan going into weekend

The weather in northern and northeastern Taiwan will turn wet and cool starting late Friday as seasonal northeasterly winds begin to strengthen, ending a week of warm weather, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said.
