Poor air quality recorded in parts of western Taiwan

The air quality in some northern and central parts of western Taiwan Thursday was generally rated "unhealthy," because of a lack of wind and stable weather that did not disperse atmospheric pollutants, according to the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA).
