Taiwanese co-authors article nominated by European publisher

An article co-authored by a Taiwanese professor has been nominated by a leading European academic and educational publisher as among a list of world-changing articles that could have an impact on the world today, the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) said Tuesday.
