The opening ceremony of the 2017 Taipei Hot Spring Season, which celebrates the heritage and culture of Taipei's hot springs, was presided over Friday by Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) and Universiade mascot Bravo the Bear in Xinbeitou, Beitou District.
