Typhoon Goni may affect Taiwan during this weekend and the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) is to issue its first sea warning for the tropical cyclone either on the evening of Thursday or on the morning of Friday, if the current forecast of the typhoon's movements are correct, the meteorological agency said Tuesday.
