Rubber Duck ready for display in Taoyuan County

The inflation of a giant Rubber Duck that amused visitors in Kaohsiung over the past month was completed Thursday in northern Taiwan's Taoyuan County after being postponed a day earlier due to inclement weather, according to county government officials.
