Former AIT head cautions against partisan divide in Taiwan

China is the biggest beneficiary of a divided Taiwan and the major political parties in Taiwan should seek consensus in addressing the challenges the country faces, according to former American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) Chairman Richard Bush and U.S. think tank scholar Ryan Hass.
