Taipei, Nov. 24 (CNA) Focus Taiwan will be carrying live updates in a blog style for this year's elections for local government offices on Saturday.

There have been long lines at local polling stations, which may affect when results are available. The Central Election Commission said official results will not be out until 10-11 p.m., but we will follow what is happening based on tallies across different media.

Referendum results are not expected to be available until around 2 a.m. The counts will not be made public incrementally, according to the Central Election Commission.
