Taiwan to propose solutions to digital challenges at APEC

Taiwan will propose initiating bilateral or multilateral talks under the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) framework to address digital challenges, Morris Chang (張忠謀), founder of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., said Monday.
