Name change referendum will not violate Olympic guidelines: CTOC

A proposed referendum initiated by civic organizations to have the national team compete at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics under the name "Taiwan" would not in any way violate the Olympic Charter, an official of the Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee (CTOC) said Tuesday.
