University autonomy not a shield for personal responsibility: Premier

Society will not accept anyone using "university autonomy" as a shield to avoid personal responsibility, Premier Lai Ching-te (賴清德) said on Wednesday in response to critics who are urging the government to confirm Kuan Chung-ming (管中閔) as president of National Taiwan University (NTU).
