Taiwan's president visits Hualien, sends a postcard to her cat

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) wrote a postcard to her cat at Taiwan's one and only mobile post office in Yuli Township in Hualien County on Friday during a two-day tour to help boost tourism in the wake of a deadly earthquake that jolted the county in early February.
