Legislature back to normal following staff member's fainting spell

Ruling and opposition legislative caucuses reached a consensus Thursday on stopping a marathon, non-stop session to vote on budget bills in the aftermath of public outcry over an overworked auxiliary staff member who passed out the previous night.
