TSMC revenues, market cap hit record highs

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) on Sunday reported its highest ever monthly revenue and market capitalization, following a prediction last year by its founder Morris Chang's (張忠謀) that it would create another business miracle.
