Tycoon's complaint of poor efficiency receives prompt response

Hon Hai/Foxconn Technology Group Chairman Terry Gou (郭台銘) voiced his frustration at the inefficient way in which Taiwan's government approves major construction projects on Tuesday, saying unless absolutely necessary, he would "try his best not to return to Taiwan."
