Manufacturing, services firms' sentiment weakens: survey

Taiwanese manufacturers and service providers were less optimistic in November than a month earlier about their future prospects amid a weakening global economy, a survey released by the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research (TIER, 台灣經濟研究院) showed Friday.
