Meat issue complicating BIA talks with Taiwan: U.S. trade official

Deputy United States Trade Representative Robert Holleyman said Thursday that the issue of U.S. beef and pork imports to Taiwan has complicated the ongoing discussions about a bilateral investment agreement (BIA).
