Economics Minister Chang Chia-juch said Thursday that an Executive Yuan draft bill to allow greater oversight of agreements with China is a good move, but he is worried that if Taiwan's Legislature does not pass a controversial trade-in-services pact, it could affect negotiations on a trade-in-merchandise agreement.
