CPBL wants more information on Dodgers' signing of Tsao

Taiwan's Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) sent an e-mail to Major League Baseball on Tuesday inquiring about the minor league contract Taiwanese pitcher Chin-hui Tsao has signed with Los Angeles Dodgers.
