Chinese visitor arrivals to Taiwan increased 4.8 percent in September from the same month last year, showing growth for the second consecutive month since President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) took office 17 months ago, according to the latest statistics released by Taiwan's Tourism Bureau.
