DRAM supply shortage likely to last until year-end: Inotera

The shortage in the supply of dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chips is likely to continue at least until the end of this year amid high demand for smartphones and tablet computers, according to Inotera Memories Inc., one of Taiwan's leading memory chip makers.
