Air-raid drill held at Taipei PX Mart

Three PX Mart supermarkets across Taiwan held emergency air-raid drills on Thursday as part of “National Unity Month,” which runs until the end of July. At a branch in Taipei’s Xinyi District -- one of over a thousand locations operated by the supermarket chain in Taiwan -- shoppers took shelter in the store’s basement, where staff offered comfort and medical assistance -- support that could be vital during a real air raid.
