Taiwan's first female baseball umpire receives IOC Award

Taiwan's first female baseball umpire-in-chief Liu Po-chun (劉柏君) on Tuesday received the "2019 Women and Sport World Award," which was granted in New York by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
