Taipei to double 'baby bonus' to NT$40,000 for first child
Taipei, March 2 (CNA) The Taipei City government said Thursday that it plans to increase the "baby bonus" paid to parents at the birth of their first child, from the current NT$20,000 (US$652) to NT$40,000, starting April 4.
