Harsh penalty sought for burglar found to be suspected serial rapist

Prosecutors are seeking a heavy sentence for a man arrested on charges of burglary in Taipei City recently who subsequent DNA testing indicated is also the chief suspect in multiple rape and burglary cases dating back to 2000, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office said Thursday.
