The upgraded Suhua Highway connecting Yilan and Hualien counties is expected to be officially opened to heavy-duty motorcycles with an engine capacity of more than 250 cubic centimeters (cc) in August, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) said Thursday.
