Moisture reduced in northern Taiwan, heat continues to hit south Thursday

Weather in northern and eastern Taiwan is expected to turn stable Thursday, as moisture in the air is reduced due to a weakening northeasterly wind system, while the south is forecast to see continued heatwaves, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
