Taiwan Railways 'enterprization' to take place within three years: minister

New Transport Minister Wang Kwo-tsai (王國材) on Sunday said that the "enterprization" of state-owned Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) is expected to take place within three years as part of the government's ongoing overhaul of the TRA following a deadly train accident in eastern Taiwan earlier this month.
