Large shipments of apples, raisins and kiwi fruit from the United States, blueberries from Chile and garlic from Argentina were all recently seized at Taiwan's border because they were found to contain excessive levels of pesticides and other regulated contaminants, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said Tuesday.
