Mercury forecast to dip to 13 degrees in northern, central Taiwan this week

Temperatures in most of the northern half of Taiwan are expected to fall to lows of 13 degrees Celsius this week, with the approach of a seasonal northeasterly wind system, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Sunday.
