Taiwan develops heat-resistant bioplastics

After eight years of research, Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) has managed to develop a plastic made from cereal grains that can withstand temperatures of up to 100 degrees Celsius without deforming due to the heat.
