Chinese envoy lies about Taiwan's UNFCCC participation: MOFA

Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) on Thursday denounced a Chinese official for his "blatant lie" that China arranged for Taiwan's participation at the United Nations climate meeting according to its "one-China principle."
