Annual Han Kuang computer war games all bilingual: MND report

The computer-assisted war games portion of Taiwan's annual Han Kuang military exercises has been conducted in both Mandarin and English for years to prepare for possible operations with a foreign military, a recent Ministry of National Defense (MND) report revealed.
