Full text of President Tsai's Lunar New Year greetings

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文), in a short Lunar New Year greeting Wednesday, recalled the challenges during the past year as COVID-19 upended people's lives around the world, and expressed hope that as more people are vaccinated this year, the world can join Taiwan in returning to life as normal.
