The U.S. Department of State Special Adviser for Children's Issues Suzanne Lawrence arrived in Taiwan Wednesday to attend the debut of a U.S.-Taiwan meeting to protect children involved in cross-border abduction, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) announced Thursday.
