Taiwan people want change of government: Tsai

Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文), the presidential candidate of the opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) , said Saturday that no matter who is representing the Kuomintang (KMT) in the 2016 presidential election, the voters want a change of government.
